The Dremchak Memorandum is one observer’s efforts to understand and explain a discovered sub-reality; not a conspiracy theory, rather a theory of reality itself as a conspiracy. The work here included has been compiled from a variety of sources, including various memorandums recovered by the Decaying Apple Corps and collected in the ERIS Society Archives.
